The Hercules Instant Shelter HEX 45A is a heavy-duty yet lightweight pop-up gazebo built on ultra-light 45mm hexagonal profile aluminium legs. Designed for professional and commercial applications, the HEX 45A strikes a practical balance between portability and structural strength, making it one of the lightest folding marquees in the Hercules range.
The frame is constructed from unique ultra-lightweight aluminium legs and truss bars with 25 x 15 x 1mm cross-bracing, and all joints are made from reinforced nylon for long-term durability. Quick-lock release pull-pins provide safe, tool-free setup in approximately one minute with no loose parts required.
The included canopy is made from 320g/m² PVC-coated polyester, offering waterproof performance, fire resistance, and UV protection rated to 50 SPF. All seam points are double stitched for added strength. The canopy attaches securely to the frame via buckled straps on all four sides, and solid walls attach easily using a 50mm wide Velcro strap on the canopy edge, with large Velcro straps on each wall connecting neatly to one another.
This package includes the 3m x 3m white full canopy frame and solid walls sized for the 3m x 4m configuration, complete with pegs, guy ropes, carry bag, and instruction manual. The HEX 45A is backed by a 3-year framework warranty.
