The Fisher & Paykel 10kg Series 5 Top Loader Washer, model WL1064G1, combines a generous 10kg capacity with a specialised UV Sanitise wash option, independently tested to eliminate more than 99.99 percent of Staphylococcus aureus and E. coli when used with the Hygiene cycle. Auto load sensing measures each load and adjusts water use accordingly, supporting the machine's 4.5 star energy rating and 4 star WELS water rating of 102L per cycle.

The washer features a pillow drum design with a low profile agitator to reduce fabric tangling and provide gentle wash action, along with a soft close tempered glass lid for safer, hands-free operation. Fourteen wash cycles are available, including Bulky, Cottons, Delicate, Drum Clean, Easy Iron, Extra Care, Heavy, Hygiene, Mixed, Quick, Rinse, Sheets, Spin and Wool, selected via a capacitive touch SmartTouch™ control dial. An Eco wash option reduces energy and water consumption, and a bionic lint filter helps prevent lint and fibres re-entering the rinse water.

Additional features include delay start, extra rinse, soak, favourite mode, self levelling front and rear feet, a stainless steel drum, and Wi-Fi connectivity for remote monitoring and operation.
